What do we collect?
Two kinds of information:
- What you choose to send us. The enquiry form asks for your name, business email, company, the lines you write and your target and capacity. If you email us, we get whatever the email contains.
- What a web server sees anyway. Our hosting company logs each request, including IP address, browser, device, the page requested, the time and the referring address.
We don’t run analytics or advertising cookies on this site.
What do we do with it?
We use enquiries to reply and to work out whether we can help. Server logs help us keep the site working and protect it from abuse. We only send updates to people who have asked for them, and each one includes a way to stop. Some records we keep because the law says we must.
Do we share it?
We don’t sell personal information or rent it out. It goes only to the companies that host the site, deliver the form and handle our email; to professional advisers when we need advice; and to authorities if the law requires it.
Which outside services load on this site?
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, and Web3Forms delivers enquiry form messages. Each receives basic connection data like your IP address and applies its own privacy policy.
How long do we keep it?
For as long as an enquiry is active and for ordinary record-keeping afterwards. Then we delete it.
What can you ask us to do?
- Show you the personal data we keep on you.
- Fix anything that is wrong, or erase it.
- Stop sending you updates.
- Honor any other privacy right your state gives you.

We take reasonable precautions, but no system connected to the internet is free of risk, and we can’t promise perfect security.
Is this site for children?
No. Vanta Ridge serves businesses, the site is not aimed at anyone under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect children’s information.
Will this policy change?
Possibly. Any new version will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
